In short
Renewminder builds online booking systems for village halls. Hirers see a live calendar, choose a time, accept your terms and pay online. The bookings secretary approves each request in one click, confirmations and key instructions go out automatically, and the treasurer gets income reports. It costs from £840 as a one-off, with no licence fee, and an optional £19-a-month Care plan for hosting, updates and fixes.
What it does
Built around how a hall committee actually works.
- A public calendar showing when the main hall, small hall and kitchen are free
- Different rates for residents, local groups, charities and commercial hirers
- Online card payment, or monthly invoices for regular hirers
- Refundable deposits for parties, held and returned from one screen
- Hirers accept your terms and conditions before booking
- Key collection or door-code instructions emailed automatically
- Income and usage reports for the treasurer and the AGM

Easy for volunteers
Most village halls are run by volunteers, so everything is designed to be simple: one screen of new requests, one click to approve, and no training manual. Handing over to a new bookings secretary means sharing a login, not a diary.
It can sit on your existing hall website as a "Book the hall" button.
Price
From £840, fixed before any work starts. That's a one-off build price: no licence fee and no charge per booking. An optional Care plan (£19 a month) covers hosting, updates and fixes. Card payments carry the payment provider's usual fee, and support is available from £19 a month if you want it. Our first 5 clients get 20% off.

Common questions
How much does a village hall booking system cost?
Ours start from £840 as a one-off, fixed price, with no licence fee and no charge per booking. An optional Care plan (£19 a month) covers hosting, updates and fixes. Card payments carry the payment provider's usual fee.
Can volunteers run it without IT skills?
Yes. New requests appear on one screen and you approve or decline them with one click. Confirmations and reminders are sent automatically.
Can regular hirers keep paying by invoice?
Yes. Weekly and monthly hirers can be set to invoice, while one-off bookings pay by card when they book.
Can we take deposits for parties?
Yes. You set a deposit for chosen booking types, and return it with one click after the event.
Does it work with our existing hall website?
Yes. It can be linked from your site or embedded in it, so you don't need a new website.
