How much does it cost to build an app?
Websites start from £280, booking systems from £840, internal tools from £1,050, MVPs from £1,990 and simple mobile apps from £2,450. Our day rate is £90. After a free 30-minute call we send a fixed-price proposal, so you know the exact cost before any work starts. See full pricing.
How long does it take?
You'll see a working demo about two weeks after we start. The proposal gives you a launch date before you commit.
Where is your team based?
Renewminder Ltd is registered in England and Wales. Our team works remotely from Morocco, on UK time in summer and one hour ahead in winter, so we work UK office hours.
Can you build for councils, schools and charities?
Yes. We build to WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility, follow UK GDPR, keep your data on UK-hosted servers by default and sign a data processing agreement before handling personal data.
Who owns the code?
You do. Once the final invoice is paid, the source code and your data are yours.
Why are your prices lower than UK agencies?
Our team works remotely from Morocco, where costs are lower, and we have no office or sales overheads. You still deal with a UK company, a UK contract and UK GDPR.
Can you take over an app someone else built?
Usually, yes. We start by reviewing the code and tell you honestly what state it's in before quoting for any changes.
