Not covered: new features, redesigns, and problems caused by changes made outside our work or by other providers. We'll always tell you the price before doing anything that isn't included.
No Care plan? Help is £45 a call-out, paid upfront, including up to an hour to find and fix the problem. Bigger fixes get a fixed quote, with a 50% deposit before we start.

Pricing questions
Why are your prices lower than UK agencies?
Renewminder is a UK company, but our team works remotely from Morocco, where costs are lower. We also have no office or sales team to pay for. You still get a UK contract, UK GDPR and UK working hours.
Is the price fixed?
Yes. After a free 30-minute call we send a one-page proposal with a fixed price. If the work takes us longer than we estimated, the price doesn't change.
What does 'from' mean?
It's the starting price for a small, clearly defined version. Extra features, integrations or pages add to it, and you see the full fixed price before you agree to anything.
What is the founding-client offer?
Our first 5 clients get 20% off the fixed price. In return we ask for honest feedback, and a short reference if you're happy with the work.
Do you charge by the hour?
Only if you want to. Most clients choose a fixed price. For ongoing work our day rate is £90, about $15 an hour.
Who owns the code?
You do. Once the final invoice is paid, the code and your data are yours.
What does the Care plan cover?
For £19 a month (or £190 a year) we host your app, keep it updated and secure, back it up, monitor it, and fix anything we built that stops working, at no extra cost. Care includes up to 30 minutes of small changes a month, such as updating text, prices or settings. Care Plus (£49 a month) raises that to 2 hours. New features are quoted separately at a fixed price.
Do I have to take a Care plan?
No, it's optional, but most clients do: it's the cheapest way to make sure nothing breaks. Plans run for 12 months at a time. If you stop, you keep your code and data.
Why are you so much cheaper?
We're a small, fast team working from Morocco with no office or sales overheads, and we reuse proven building blocks instead of starting from scratch. You still get a UK company, a UK contract and UK GDPR.
Will your prices go up?
Yes. These are launch prices for projects agreed by 31 March 2027. If you accept a quote before then, that fixed price stays, even if the work runs past the date. Care plans keep their price for their first 12 months.
What if something breaks and I don't have a Care plan?
For the first 30 days after launch, we fix anything we built that doesn't work as agreed, free. After that, help is £45 a call-out, paid upfront, which includes up to an hour to find and fix the problem. Anything bigger gets a fixed quote first, with a 50% deposit before we start.
What happens if we stop our Care plan?
Give us 30 days' notice before your renewal date. Before the plan ends we send you a handover pack: your data, the code, and step-by-step instructions for moving to your own hosting, with an hour of help included. Hosting stops on the end date.
Can you lower the price?
These are launch prices and already about as low as fixed-price UK software goes, so we don't discount them further. If the budget is tight, we'll shrink the first version so it fits, and add the rest later.
