Who we are
Renewminder Ltd (company number 16649489, registered in England and Wales, registered office Dephna House, 7 Coronation Road, London NW10 7PQ) is the controller for personal data collected through this website. Contact us about privacy at info@renewminder.com.
What we collect
When you send our contact form or email us, we collect your name, email address, organisation and what you tell us about your project. We use privacy-friendly analytics that do not use cookies or collect personal data, to count visits and see which pages are useful.
Business contacts we email
We sometimes email organisations about our services. We only email limited companies, LLPs, charitable companies, CIOs and public bodies, using business contact details they publish on their own website or on public registers such as Companies House and the Charity Commission register. We keep the organisation's name, the business email address, our emails and any reply. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests. If you reply "unsubscribe", or email us, we stop straight away and keep only your address on a do-not-contact list so we never email you again. Otherwise we delete these details 12 months after our last email.
If we sent you a sample app, it is built in your browser from the link we sent. It shows only your organisation's name and made-up data, nothing you type into it is saved, and search engines are told not to index it.
Why we use it
We use your details to reply to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to deliver and invoice our work. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, or the performance of a contract with you.
Who processes it
Contact form messages are sent straight to our own inbox. Our website is hosted by Vercel. If you book a call with us, Calendly handles the booking and shares your name, email and chosen time with us. We do not sell or share your details with anyone else.
How long we keep it
We delete enquiries that do not lead to work after 24 months. We keep client records for 6 years after a project ends, as UK tax law requires.
Where it is processed
Our team works remotely from Morocco. We protect your data with the controls in our information security policy and only transfer personal data outside the UK with appropriate safeguards. Data we hold in clients' own systems stays on UK-hosted servers by default.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email info@renewminder.com and we will respond within one month.
Complaints
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your personal data, please tell us first: email info@renewminder.com with "Data protection complaint" in the subject, or write to us at our registered office. We will acknowledge your complaint within 30 days, look into it without undue delay, keep you updated and tell you the outcome. If you're still not satisfied, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
