Price
From £840, fixed before any work starts. That's a one-off build price: no licence fee and no charge per booking. An optional Care plan (£19 a month) covers hosting, updates and fixes. Card payments carry the payment provider's usual fee, and support is available from £19 a month if you want it. Our first 5 clients get 20% off.

Can groups choose layouts and equipment?
Yes. Each room offers the layouts and equipment you choose, and staff get a daily set-up sheet.
Can it produce reports for funders?
Yes. You can report hours of use by room, by group type or by period, and export them to Excel.
Can organisations pay by invoice?
Yes. Regular groups can be invoiced, and one-off hirers pay by card when they book.
